For incoming, continuing, and transferee students. Please bring your own pen for a faster transaction.

Finance

Visit the Cashier's Office, secure and complete the enrollment form, then settle the required fees and any outstanding balances.

Checking & Verification

Proceed to the Enrollment Committee to verify your information and ensure all details are accurate and complete.

LANDAS Toolkit

Required only for incoming Grade 11 students — complete the LANDAS Toolkit with the assigned personnel. Others may skip to Step 4.

PE Sizing & ID

Proceed to the assigned personnel for PE uniform sizing and ID information collection.

✓Moving-Up Certificate (photocopy)

✓ESC Certificate — for ESC grantee graduates of private schools
✓Qualified Voucher Applicant Certificate — for non-ESC grantee graduates of private schools
✓VPB Transfer-out Certificate from previous SHS (transferees)

Continuing Students

✓Birth Certificate (PSA) — 3 photocopies
